December 19, 2005: In the jungle, the quiet jungle …
… the Tiger sleeps tonight!

Currently, I’m using my new iBook more than my Dual G5. There’s one single reason for this: It’s not very easy to use the G5 from my couch.
The iBook came with Tiger, or Mac OS X 10.4.3. So far, I haven’t used one single new feature of Tiger. Okay, so I activated, er, what’s it’s name, Dashboard, two times, once for my account and once more for Christina’s. Both times I found the weather widget set for Oslo, but showing some 20-odd degrees Celsius, which is kind of weird for Norway in the middle of winter, and further investigation showed that it was Oslo somewhere in the US, of course.
I haven’t tried Spotlight, because I have Launchbar to launch my programs and otherwise am pretty sure of where I keep my files.
I just fired up Automator, but have no idea what I’d want to use it for (although it’s probably the one feature I would use, since I love to automate stuff). But I’m more likely to use it at work instead of here at home.
So, are there any Tiger lovers out there who’d like to share their favorite features and uses of said features?
